By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. Please do not use or access this website if you do not agree with our terms and conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to amend or remove any section of the terms and conditions without prior notice. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Product Availability 

All our products are made by hand in small batches. We try to keep stock levels up to date but at busy times such as Christmas and New Year, we may be low on stock. 

Prices and Payment
Our prices are all in sterling, include VAT where applicable and are exclusive of postage and packing unless stated otherwise.  Payments can be made using Maestro, Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa or MasterCard and our done via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to place your order, it's just the payment method we use. 

​Cancellation

​Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible. Provided your cancellation request is received before your items have been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full without charge.

If your items are already on their way, it may not be possible to stop them from being delivered. If you are returning your items we do ask that you ensure the goods do not become damaged until they are returned. Failure to do so may result in a refund being partially or wholly refused.
